Chef Vito Pepe is the heart and soul behind Trattoria Pepe. A lover of cooking from the young age of 12, Vito was inspired by the rich culinary traditions passed down through his family. Learning the ropes in the kitchen alongside his mother and grandmother, he developed a deep appreciation for authentic homemade recipes. Pursuing his passion further, Vito entered culinary school right after high school and honed his skills across various esteemed restaurants and catering services before founding Trattoria Pepe. Even today, he continues to refine his craft with guidance from his biggest inspirations—his mom and grandmother.
